April 01, 1974 – Flight Test Center - CRAIOVA was born, as a part of The National Center of Romanian Aeronautical Industry.

Mars 22, 1991 - Flight Test Center - CRAIOVA became commercial society, in The Ministry of Industry.

May 18, 1994 - Flight Test Center was included in the structure of The Ministry of Defense - Department of Procurement as Research and Flight Test Center.

January 07, 1998 - Research and Flight Test Center was included in the structure of The Research Agency for Technique and Military Technology.
